Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your membership

If you wish to cancel your membership - please email admin@lovepole.net to advise.

If you choose to cancel your membership, your membership will renew for one last additional billing cycle from the date your cancellation request is received.

Class cancellations

If you cancel a class within 24 hours before class, you will not get your credit back. 

If you cancel before the above timeframe, you will get your credit back and will have 5 days to use the credit. 

If we cancel a class, you will get your credit back and will have until the end of your next renewal to use the credit.

All class cancellations will be communicated via email.
